Arthur Young III

Arthur Young III has always had a deep connection to literature and the arts, both of which have been central to his life from a young age thanks to his grandmother who fostered his love of reading. He is also a proud father to a wonderful daughter who inspires him every day.

As Head of Finance & Operations, Arthur oversees the day to day business of the company. Before joining The Caldwell Agency team, he gained extensive experience in sales through various managerial roles. These experiences have shaped his approach to leadership and fostered a strong appreciation for creativity.
